Cancellation Policy

  • When you can cancel your order? –Your Order cancelled only before dispatch and as soon as your order will be cancelled complete amount will be refunded.
  • Can Industrypurchase cancel any of your orders? – Yep has complete rights to cancel any order anytime in the following condition.
  • If the address is incorrect or not complete (Door no, Landmark) and more.
  • If the wrong pricing and specification mentioned on
  • If your item Unavailability or Out of Stock with our vendor/OEM your item will be Cancelled but we will delivered you remaining items.
  • And we will cancelled your order if your delivery location area not served by our Logistic Courier team.
  • Your order will be cancelled on suspicious fraud information.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns –

  • Customer will have to inform us within 3 days of receiving the order or if damaging product customer need to inform us within 24 Hours.
  • Product should be unused if it happens, then we will not entertain such a case.
  • Brand packaging should be fine, there should be no mess in it.
  • Invoices should be available No invoice product will be refunded.
  • Exempted item has no return and Non-returnable categories is IT & Electronics/Pumps/ Testing and Measuring Instruments and customise made products also non-returnable.

We don’t encourage returns for those products worth less than 4000 INR.  

Procedure to return a Product – Customer will have to give us information by phone and email within 3 days and make sure product is unused and brand packaging be well maintain and invoice should be available and tags/Labels should be available. After that the customer will have to send the product to our below given address. Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the products. If any damage/defect is found from we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product and In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer. Customer will have to send the product on his own to us only through India post at the below mentioned address.   • Account Number
  • Account holder name
  • IFSC Code
  • Total Amount of refund
